“I recently stayed in the Plaza building, and had an awesome time. The condo itself was in great condition and clean. The convenience of being one quick shuttle ride away from Stagecoach was the best. One minor thing was that the single bedroom smelled a bit like smoke, which was odd because the rest of the apartment didn’t. We stayed during winter so there was no need for AC, which was great. “South Lake Chalet is walking distance from Heavenly Ski Lift (and casinos if that's your thing); also to the beach and to hiking. Both times we've stayed here, the fireplace was lit and the room heated, a welcoming touch on a winter's day and after a long drive, The room is clean, has real dishes, glasses and utensils; microwave and sink. Dog friendly. We'll be back and recommend highly.”
